Sales Doctor Solutions built the SD Audit app as a free application. This SERVICE is provided by Sales Doctor Solutions at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Information Collection and Use

Location Data — Collection and Use

SD Audit collects precise location data (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION), including in the background.

What we collect: Precise GPS location (latitude and longitude) of the device.

Why we collect it: Location data is a core part of the Service. It is used to:

• Tag the geographic position of an employee when they check in, register a visit, or record a work-related action (e.g., visiting a sales point or auditing an object);
• Track employee movements during working hours for workforce management and field-activity reporting purposes.

Background collection: The app collects location data in the background, meaning location may be gathered while the app is not actively open on screen, so that movement tracking continues during a work session. Employees are notified that GPS data is being recorded and sent to the server; an indicator of this function is shown in the device notification area.

How the data is used and shared: Location data is transmitted over the internet to Sales Doctor Solutions' servers to operate the features described above. It is accessible to the employer/organization that uses SD Audit to manage its workforce. We do not sell location data to third parties.

User control: You can disable location collection at any time through your device's system settings (by revoking the location permission) or by stopping use of the relevant features. Disabling location may prevent some portions of the Service from functioning. You may also request deletion of your collected location data by contacting us (see Contact Us).

Other Permissions Used by the App

• Internet access (INTERNET): Used to synchronize app data with the developer's servers.
• Camera (CAMERA): Required to access the device's built-in camera. This allows you to take pictures, save photos of objects, and scan QR codes.

Log Data

Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Data Deletion

Data may be automatically deleted over time. You may at any time change (update, supplement, or delete) the personal data you have provided, or part of it, using the personal data editing function in the personal section of the Application, or by sending a corresponding request by email to osuvonov@gmail.com.
