Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

The current storefront contact form asks for a name, email address, product, and message. Based on the reviewed storefront implementation, submitting that form only displays a confirmation message locally in Your browser or WebView; the entered data is not currently transmitted to or stored by the Company.

If You contact Us directly by email, We may receive Your email address, name, product enquiry, message, and any other information You voluntarily include. Please do not send payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive Personal Data.

If the contact form is connected to a server, email service, customer-management platform, or order system in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that collection begins.

Usage Data

Usage Data may include:

- Internet Protocol address and technical request information;

- Device type, Android version, browser or WebView information, Application package name, and Application version;

- Network availability and diagnostic information needed to load the Service;

- Pages, URLs, or storefront content opened through the Service and related timestamps;

- An Application-generated identifier stored on the Device;

- Google Advertising ID, when available and permitted by Your Device settings;

- Adjust device and attribution identifiers;

- Attribution information such as campaign, ad group, creative, click label, referral, and install-referrer data;

- OneSignal push subscription identifier, push token, notification permission status, and opt-in status; and

- Technical data needed to request, route, load, secure, and measure storefront content.

The precise data available may depend on Your Device, Android version, privacy settings, notification choice, advertising-ID settings, and the services through which You reached the Application.

Data Collected Through Android App and SDKs

Adjust

The Application uses Adjust for installation attribution, campaign measurement, and related analytics. Adjust may process device identifiers, Google Advertising ID when available, Adjust identifiers, IP address, application and device information, campaign parameters, install-referrer information, and event or usage data required to provide these services.

OneSignal

The Application uses OneSignal to provide push notifications. If notifications are enabled or a push subscription is created, OneSignal may process an Application-generated user identifier, push subscription identifier, push token, notification permission and opt-in status, IP address, and device or Application information. You can disable notifications in the Android system settings.

Google Play Services

The Application uses Google Play Services components to obtain the Google Advertising ID and support app-set or related device identification. Availability and use of the Advertising ID depend on Your Android and Google settings. You can reset or limit the Advertising ID through Your Device privacy settings.

Routing and Attribution Infrastructure

The Application sends technical and attribution data to the Company’s routing backend to obtain the content address displayed in the WebView. The routing and attribution chain may use Binom campaign infrastructure. This processing may include the Application-generated identifier, Google Advertising ID when available, Adjust identifier, package name, campaign, ad group, creative, click label, sub-identifiers, install-referrer data, IP address, request headers, timestamps, and routing results.

Storefront Hosting and External Resources

The storefront is hosted using Vercel. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request headers, URLs, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs when content is requested. The storefront also loads Google Fonts, which may cause device, browser, IP-address, and resource-request information to be sent to Google.

WebView and Storefront Content

The Application displays web content in an Android WebView. JavaScript, DOM storage, first-party cookies, and third-party cookies are technically enabled so that web content can function. The reviewed storefront does not currently set its own cookies, use browser local storage or session storage, or include a separate analytics pixel. However, routing infrastructure, hosting services, external resources, or later storefront changes may use cookies or similar technologies.

You can clear WebView and Application data through Android settings. Clearing data may remove locally stored identifiers, cookies, cached content, and the saved storefront address and may reset parts of the Service.

Camera and File Chooser

The Android Application includes technical support for a web file chooser and may request camera access if a displayed page asks You to capture or select a file. The reviewed storefront does not currently offer a file-upload or camera feature. The Application does not access the camera unless a relevant feature is invoked and Android permission is granted. If such a feature is added, the collection and purpose must be disclosed before it is used.

Orders, Requests, and Payments

The Service displays physical board, card, party, and family games. It does not currently provide a shopping cart, online checkout, or online payment processing, and the Application does not contain a payment SDK.

The reviewed contact form does not transmit an order or enquiry. If You contact Us by email, Your message may include Your name, email address, product interest, and questions about availability or delivery. Do not send payment-card information by email. If online ordering, delivery-address collection, or payment processing is introduced, this Privacy Policy and the relevant checkout disclosures will be updated before launch.

Sharing of Your Personal Data

We may share information in the following circumstances:

With Service Providers

including Adjust for attribution and measurement, OneSignal for push notifications, Google Play Services for device-related platform functionality, Vercel for storefront hosting, Google Fonts for external font delivery, and routing or campaign infrastructure including Binom. With Your consent

for another purpose disclosed to You at the time consent is requested.

The reviewed Service does not sell Personal Data. We do not share Personal Data for purposes unrelated to operating, securing, supporting, measuring, or lawfully managing the Service unless You are informed and consent is obtained where required.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and enforcement needs.

Application-generated identifiers, attribution identifiers, the saved storefront address, cookies, and WebView storage may remain locally on Your Device until You clear the Application’s data or storage, reset the relevant identifier through Android settings, or uninstall the Application.

Email communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer Your enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, comply with law, or resolve disputes. Service Providers retain information according to their own documented retention rules and legal obligations. Where possible, information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

The Company is identified as operating from Germany. Service Providers may process information in other countries where they or their infrastructure operate. Those countries may have data-protection rules different from those in Your location.

Where required, We will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and take reasonable steps to ensure that information is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Delete Your Personal Data

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of Your Personal Data, and may request a portable copy where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and may complain to a competent data-protection authority.

You can remove locally stored Application and WebView data by clearing the Application’s storage or uninstalling it. You can reset or limit the Google Advertising ID in Android settings and disable push notifications through Android notification settings.

To submit a privacy request, contact Us at privacy.ringowinner@gmail.com. We may need to verify Your request and may retain information where required by law or where a lawful exception applies.

Account Deletion

The current Service does not create or maintain user accounts, so there is no in-app account-deletion flow. If account functionality is introduced, the Application and this Privacy Policy will be updated with a clear account-deletion method before that functionality is offered.

You may still request deletion of Personal Data associated with a direct email communication by contacting privacy.ringowinner@gmail.com.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or asset sale, Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice where required before Personal Data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Personal Data when required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including a court or government agency.

The Company may disclose Personal Data in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

- Comply with a legal obligation;

- Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company;

- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service;

- Protect the personal safety of users or the public; or

- Protect against legal liability.

Security of Your Personal Data

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. The reviewed Application, routing endpoints, and storefront use encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not designed to knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If You are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided Personal Data to Us, contact Us so that We can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

If local law requires parental consent for a child’s data, We will seek the required authorization before knowingly processing that information.

The Service may contain links to websites or services not operated by the Company. If You follow a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party’s service. We encourage You to review the privacy policy of every service You visit.

The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party websites or services.
