This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and explains Your privacy rights.
The Service is provided by Ringo Rush as a mobile application and related product-catalog web content. The Application may display catalog content through an embedded web browser and may use technical infrastructure to obtain the web content to display.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined below. The definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
Account means a unique account created for You to access the Service. The Service does not require account registration by default.
Application refers to Ringo Rush, the software program provided by the Company.
Company, referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Privacy Policy, refers to Ringo Rush.
Country refers to Ukraine.
Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
Personal Data means information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application and the product-catalog and related web content displayed through or connected with the Application.
Service Provider means a natural or legal person that processes data on behalf of the Company.
Usage Data means data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
The Application does not require You to create an Account by default.
The reviewed catalog request form operates locally in the browser and does not transmit submitted form values to the Company. If You voluntarily contact Us by email, We may receive the information You choose to send, such as Your name, email address, message content, selected product details, and availability or order questions. We use this information to respond to Your message and provide requested support.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service. It may include Your IP address, Device type, Android operating system version, browser or embedded browser information, pages or web content viewed, time and date of access, time spent using the Service, network state, diagnostic data, and technical identifiers.
Before displaying web content, the Application may contact Our technical infrastructure to obtain a Service destination. This request may include the Application package name, an app-generated identifier, Advertising ID when available and permitted by Your Device settings, and attribution data.
Data Collected Through Android App and SDKs
The Application uses Android WebView and the Adjust SDK. It also uses Google Play services to access the Advertising ID when that identifier is available and You have not limited advertising tracking in Your Device settings.
The Application and its Service Providers may process the following categories of data for service operation, attribution, measurement, security, and troubleshooting:
- Advertising ID, when available.
- An app-generated identifier stored by the Application.
- Attribution data supplied by Adjust, such as campaign, ad group, creative, click label, and Adjust advertising identifier.
- Application package name, Device and operating system information, network state, and technical diagnostics.
- Application interactions and the address of web content loaded by the embedded browser.
Adjust may process data according to its own privacy documentation when it provides attribution and measurement services. Google Play services may process data needed to provide the Advertising ID service.
WebView and Storefront Content
The Application may display catalog or other Service web content through Android WebView. WebView is configured to support JavaScript, cookies, third-party cookies, and local web storage. These technologies may be used by the web content and its providers to display pages, remember technical state, maintain sessions, or operate web functionality.
WebView cookies, local storage, and similar data may remain on Your Device until You clear Application data, clear browser or WebView storage, or uninstall the Application. The reviewed Ringo Rush catalog does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Other web content shown through the Service may have its own privacy practices, and You should review its privacy information where available.
The Application can show Android system file-picker and camera permission requests if web content asks to upload a file or use the camera. The reviewed catalog does not provide a camera or file-upload feature. We do not state that the Company collects camera or selected-file content based on the reviewed catalog. Do not grant a permission unless You understand why the current web content requires it.
Orders, Requests, and Payments
The reviewed catalog displays physical souvenir products. It does not process payments in the Application or on the reviewed storefront.
The reviewed storefront's request form currently shows a local confirmation only and does not send a request to the Company. If You contact Us by email, any information You choose to provide may be used to answer Your request or discuss availability. Payment, delivery, and fulfillment information are not collected through the reviewed Application or storefront.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data and Usage Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain Our Service, including to monitor its operation.
- To display catalog and related web content inside the Application.
- To respond to Your emails, support requests, availability questions, or other communications that You voluntarily send to Us.
- To perform attribution, measurement, routing, fraud prevention, security, and technical troubleshooting.
- To diagnose issues and improve the reliability and user experience of the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce Our rights.
Sharing of Your Personal Data
We may share Personal Data and Usage Data in the following situations:
- With Service Providers that host, deliver, route, secure, or maintain the Service.
- With Adjust for attribution and measurement services.
- With Google Play services for Advertising ID-related functionality when available.
- With the hosting provider for the reviewed storefront, Vercel, which may process standard technical server-log data such as IP address, browser information, and requested pages.
- For a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of all or part of Our business.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request.
- With Your consent for another purpose that You have agreed to.
We do not sell Your Personal Data based on the reviewed Service behavior.
Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
Email communications are retained only as long as needed to address the communication and related support need. Usage, attribution, and technical data may be retained by the Company or Service Providers for limited periods needed for service operation, measurement, security, and troubleshooting.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information may be processed at the Company's operating locations and at locations where Service Providers operate. This may involve processing outside Ukraine. Where required by applicable law, We will take reasonable steps intended to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Delete Your Personal Data
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Data that You voluntarily provided to Us by contacting Us at the email address below. We may retain limited information where required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.
You may also reduce locally stored data by clearing Application data from Android settings, clearing browser or WebView storage, resetting or limiting Your Advertising ID in Device settings, or uninstalling the Application.
Account Deletion
The Service does not require account registration by default. If You have contacted Us by email, You may request deletion of Personal Data associated with that communication by contacting Us at the email address below, subject to the retention conditions described in this Privacy Policy.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing, or business transfer, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice where required before Your Personal Data becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Other Legal Requirements
The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in good faith when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or property of the Company, prevent or investigate wrongdoing connected with the Service, protect the safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While We use commercially reasonable measures intended to protect Personal Data, We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If You believe that a child has provided Personal Data to Us without appropriate consent, please contact Us. If We learn that We have collected such data, We will take steps to delete it where required by applicable law.
Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by Us. If You select a third-party link, You may be directed to that party's service. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of every service You visit. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Changes are effective when the updated policy is made available through the Service or otherwise published.
