This privacy policy applies to the Pazelic Fasel app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, package name com.pazelicfasel.vertyvnv, that was created by Vexies Studio (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

When you install and use the Application, the Service Provider may collect:

• Technical data: IP address, device type, OS version, language, time zone, app version;
• Usage data: screens viewed, taps, feature usage, session duration, referral source;
• Diagnostics: crash reports, error traces, performance indicators.
• No precise geolocation is collected. The Application is designed without access to sensitive device data unless you explicitly grant a related permission (e.g., storage for saving progress). Any optional permissions will be requested in-app and can be revoked in system settings.

Opt-Out Rights

Uninstalling the Application stops all information collection. Where the app provides specific analytics toggles, you can also disable them in settings (if available on your build/version).

Data Retention Policy

User-Provided data is retained while your account/session remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter. To request deletion of User-Provided data, email benamorleila06@gmail.com with your app name and device details so the request can be processed.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact benamorleila06@gmail.com so it can be removed. In some jurisdictions, users must be 16 or have parental consent to allow processing.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are in place to protect information (e.g., limited access, encrypted transport, least-privilege practices). Nevertheless, transmission over the internet and electronic storage can’t be guaranteed entirely secure.
