PDF Scanner: Scan & Sign Doc (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

The App is designed to function without requiring account registration.  

Documents, images, and signatures that you scan, create, or edit are processed locally on your device.

We do not collect or store personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or location.

2. Camera and File Access

The App may request access to:

- Camera — to scan paper documents

- Photo Library or Files — to import images or PDFs

Access is used only to provide core functionality of scanning, editing, and signing documents.

3. Data Usage

All document scanning, PDF generation, editing, and signing are performed directly on your device.  

Your files remain under your control unless you choose to share or export them.

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

4. Data Storage

Files created within the App are stored locally on your device.  

You can delete them at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use Apple system frameworks required for document processing, file sharing, and in-app purchases.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
