1. Who we are

NoteFlow is developed by the QuantumLogic team. This policy explains what data the app
handles, where it lives, and your choices.

2. Data the app collects

On-device data (never leaves your phone unless you back it up):

• Your notes, checklists, and app settings — stored locally on your device.
• Your PIN / biometric lock choice — stored locally and used only to unlock the app.
  We never see or transmit it.

If you choose Google Drive backup (optional):

• Your Google account email and basic profile (name, photo) — used only to sign you in.
• Backup files written to the hidden appDataFolder of your own Google Drive. Only your devices can read this folder; we cannot access it.

If you use AI note creation (optional):

• The text prompt/topic you type is sent to our backend
  ( api.quantumlogic.app ) over HTTPS to generate the note. Requests are processed
  in memory and are not saved to any database.

3. What we do NOT do

• No advertising, no advertising ID, no third-party ad SDKs.
• No analytics, no crash trackers, no profiling, no tracking.
• No selling or sharing of your personal data with anyone.
• No accounts on our servers — there is nothing to leak.

4. Google services & permissions

Google sign-in is provided by Google LLC under Google's own Privacy Policy . The app requests the narrow drive.appdata scope, which is limited to a hidden app-only folder in your Drive —
it cannot read or modify any of your other Drive files.

5. Data retention & deletion

• Delete a note in the app and it is removed from local device storage immediately.
• Delete backups from your Google Drive (or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions )
  whenever you like.
• Since we store nothing about you on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete.

6. Security

Local data is protected by your device lock plus NoteFlow's optional PIN/biometric lock.
All network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.

7. Children's privacy

NoteFlow is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new
"Last updated" date.
