Privacy Policy — Multi Tablic

This privacy policy applies to the Multi Tablic app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, package name com.multitablic.verfjcpa, that was created by Vexies Studio (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

Upon installation and during use, the Application may collect:

IP address and coarse network information;
Device model, OS version, language/locale, app version;
In-app behavior metrics (buttons tapped, modules opened, completion of levels/quizzes), session timestamps, and feature diagnostics;
Crash logs and performance data used to identify defects.
The Application does not request or store precise GPS data. If the Application later offers optional features requiring additional permissions, they will be clearly explained and remain opt-in.

The Service Provider processes this information to run the Application, improve reliability and usability, provide contextual guidance, comply with legal obligations, and communicate essential service messages (e.g., policy changes, security notices).

Third-Party Access

The Service Provider may share limited, aggregated, or anonymized information with infrastructure and analytics partners solely to support the Application’s operation. The Service Provider may also disclose information:

when required by applicable law or legal process;
to enforce policies, protect against fraud and misuse, or ensure user and service security;
to vendors operating under written agreements that restrict use to the Service Provider’s instructions.

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop all collection by uninstalling the Application via your device settings or the app marketplace. Where available, you may disable certain analytics in the app’s settings.

Data Retention Policy

User-Provided data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents/guardians should supervise their children’s app usage. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact benamorleila06@gmail.com so that it can be removed. In regions where consent age is higher, users must be at least 16 or have appropriate consent.

Security

The Service Provider applies reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., access controls, encrypted transport where appropriate, and routine reviews). Despite efforts, no method is completely secure.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance.
