• Cross-app tracking data

What we do collect:

• Anonymous Account Identifier
• A random unique identifier generated on your device and stored securely in the iOS Keychain. This identifier is used only to maintain your streak, league position, coins, and posts.
• Photographs you upload
• Photos of your screen (TV, monitor, handheld, phone, CRT, etc.) that you voluntarily post, together with the game title you tag.
• Usage data related to the chart
• Information about when you post (inside or outside the daily window), your streak, league placement, reactions, and achievements. This data is linked only to your anonymous identifier.
• Reports and moderation data
• If someone reports a post or user, we receive the report content and the related post/user identifiers for review.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Operate the daily chart and ranking system
• Maintain streaks, leagues, and coin balances
• Display posts and allow interactions (reactions, follows)
• Process reports and moderate content
• Improve the app’s functionality and stability

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Your anonymous identifier is stored locally in the iOS Keychain.
• Photos and chart-related data are stored on our servers only as long as needed to operate the service.
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect the data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties, except:

• When required by law
• To process moderation reports (internally)

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings
• Block other users
• Report posts or users

Because we do not collect personal identifying information, some traditional privacy rights (such as access to “your personal data”) have limited practical application. Nevertheless, you can request deletion of your anonymous account and all related content.

6. Children’s Privacy

MostPlayed is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the app and on our website. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
