 This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Magic Merge ("the App", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you use

  it. Magic Merge is developed by NT Vibe Studios ("the Developer"). By downloading or using Magic Merge, you agree to this

 Privacy Policy.

 INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 Magic Merge is a single-player puzzle game. You do not need to create an account or provide personal details to play.

 However, the App and the third-party services it uses may collect the following:

 • Account information (optional). If you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or Apple's private

 relay email) to identify your account.

 • Purchase information. When you make an in-app purchase, purchase history is processed to deliver and restore your

 purchases.

 • Usage and diagnostic data. We collect anonymous data about how the App is used, together with crash reports and

 performance data, to fix bugs and improve the App.

 • Advertising and device identifiers. The App displays advertising. Our advertising partner may collect device identifiers,

 advertising data and approximate (coarse) location to deliver and measure ads.

 We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data, or other sensitive information.

 HOW WE USE INFORMATION

 We use the information above to operate the App and its features, process and restore in-app purchases, display and measure

 advertising, analyze usage to improve gameplay and stability, and diagnose crashes and technical issues.

 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

 Magic Merge uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

 • Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) — usage analytics and crash reporting —

 • Google AdMob — in-app advertising — https://policies.google.com/privacy

 • RevenueCat — in-app purchase management — https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

 • Apple — App Store, in-app purchases, Sign in with Apple, Game Center — https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy

 These services may process data on their own servers under their own privacy policies.

 ADVERTISING AND TRACKING

 The App displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. To show ads that are more relevant to you, our advertising partner

 may use your device's advertising identifier across apps and websites. On first launch the App asks for your permission

 through Apple's App Tracking Transparency. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You

 can change this choice anytime in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.

 CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

 Magic Merge is suitable for all ages but is not directed specifically at children, and it contains advertising and in-app

 purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with

 personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

 DATA RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHTS

 Your game progress is stored on your device. You can remove all locally stored data by deleting the App. Data processed by

 the third-party services listed above is retained according to their respective policies. To request access to, or deletion

 of, data associated with you, contact us at the email address below.

 SECURITY

 We rely on the security measures provided by Apple and the third-party services listed above. No method of electronic

 transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

 CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, with an

 updated effective date.
