This Privacy Policy explains how the Android application MSport (package name com.msport.circuit), provided by the developer reachable at maasiliy21@gmail.com (“we”, “us”), handles information.
Summary
MSport is an offline circuit training tool. The App does not require an account, does not use the internet, and does not request Android runtime permissions. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data through the App.
Information the App stores
Workout stations, timings, kit library selections, and finished session history (“Tape”) are saved only on your device using local on-phone storage. This information never leaves your device through the App.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos, advertising IDs, analytics events, crash reports sent to our servers, or payment information. The App has no login and no cloud sync.
Internet and third parties
The App does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or social login. Because the App does not connect to our servers, we do not share data with third parties through the App.
Children
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It is suitable for a general audience as a local fitness timer tool.
Data retention and deletion
All App data remains on your device until you delete it inside the App or uninstall MSport. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored App data according to your device settings.
Security
Because data stays on your device, security depends on your phone’s lock screen, OS updates, and physical control of the device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s behavior changes (for example, if network features are added later). The effective date at the top will be revised when that happens.
