Privacy Policy – Kendal Candy AI

This Privacy Policy explains how the application "Kendal Candy AI" (the "App") handles user information.

1. In short Kendal AI runs entirely offline. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. Everything you create or do in the App is stored only on your device.

2. Information we do not collect The App requires no registration and no account. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. The App does not currently use analytics or advertising.

3. Data stored on your device To function, the App stores locally: the characters you create (name, personality, avatar), your conversation progress (affinity, choices, message history), and your preferences (such as light/dark theme). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or to any third party.

4. Network connection The App's conversations do not require an internet connection. The only network connection occurs when you open this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, which are web pages hosted on Telegraph (telegra.ph, a service by Telegram). At that moment your device connects to Telegraph's servers to display the text, subject to their terms.

5. Age and content The App is intended for adult users only (18+). The characters and conversations are works of fiction generated from pre-written content and do not represent real people. The App is for entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for professional or psychological support.

6. Retention and deletion Your data remains on your device until you delete it within the App (by deleting a character or restarting a chat), or until you clear the App's data in your Android settings or uninstall the App.

7. Your control Because we do not collect or process any data on our servers, you have full and direct control over your data through your device.

8. Changes We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be published at this same address with its revision date.
