1) Summary
- The App does not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to play.
- Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.
- The App shows ads using Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, rewarded). Ad providers may collect information to serve and measure ads.
- Where required, the App requests consent via Google UMP and may request permission via Apple AppTrackingTransparency (ATT).
2) Information we store on your device (local)
The App saves the following on-device (e.g., using iOS local storage):
- Game progress (score, current/next fruit, board state)
- Power-up counts
- Audio settings (music/sounds/haptics)
This data stays on your device unless you delete the App (or reset the game from inside the App).
3) Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display:
- Banner ads
- Interstitial ads
- Rewarded ads (e.g., to continue or get a refill)
AdMob and its partners may automatically collect information such as:
- Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, language)
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
- IP address
- Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) if permitted

- Diagnostic data (crash/performance related to ads)

4) Consent and tracking (UMP + ATT)

- Ads may still be shown, but they may be non-personalized (contextual), where supported.
You can change your choices in iOS:

5) Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
6) Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as necessary to provide ads via Google AdMob and related consent services (UMP), as described above.
7) Data retention
- Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or reset the game.
- Ad-related data is handled by Google/partners under their retention policies.
8) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) Your choices
- You can disable tracking permission in iOS (ATT).
- You can manage ad personalization via your consent choices (where available).
- You can delete the App to remove local game data.
10) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
