Privacy Policy – Fruit Merge Edition
Artem LeshchenkoEffective date: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fruit Merge Edition (“the App”) handles information when you use it.
1) Summary
The App does not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to play.
Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.
The App shows ads using Unity Ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded). The ad provider may collect information to serve and measure ads.
The App uses Firebase (Google) for analytics and crash reporting.
Where required, the App may request permission via Apple AppTrackingTransparency (ATT). Unity Ads consent signals are set based on your ATT choice.
2) Information we store on your device (local)
The App saves the following on-device (e.g., using iOS local storage):
• Game progress (score, current/next fruit, board state)
• Power-up counts
• Audio settings (music/sounds/haptics)
• Selected background and related preferences
• Remove Ads purchase entitlement status (synced with the App Store when applicable)
This data stays on your device unless you delete the App (or reset the game from inside the App). Purchases are also tied to your Apple ID through Apple’s systems.
3) Advertising (Unity Ads)
The App uses Unity Ads to display:
• Banner ads
• Interstitial ads
• Rewarded ads (e.g., to continue after game over or get a refill)
Unity and its partners may automatically collect information such as:
• Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, language, app version)
• Approximate location (derived from IP address)
• IP address
• Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) if permitted via ATT
• App interaction data related to ads (impressions, clicks, completion of rewarded ads, performance)
• Diagnostic data related to ad delivery
This data is used for purposes such as:
• Serving ads (personalized or non-personalized / limited, depending on your permissions and applicable law)
• Frequency capping, fraud and abuse prevention
• Measuring ad performance and reporting

4) Analytics and crash reporting (Firebase)
The App uses Google Firebase services:
• Firebase Analytics — to understand how the App is used (e.g., sessions, key in-app events such as game over, ad views, and Remove Ads purchases/restores)
• Firebase Crashlytics — to collect crash and diagnostic reports so we can fix bugs and improve stability
Firebase / Google may process information such as:
• Device and app information (model, OS version, app version)
• IP address (often used in approximate / aggregated form)
• Usage events and session data
• Crash logs, stack traces, and related diagnostic data
• Advertising identifiers only where permitted by platform settings and applicable law

5) Consent and tracking (ATT + ads)
Depending on your region and device settings:
• The App may request ATT permission to allow tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies (typically used for more relevant ads).
• The App configures Unity Ads consent / non-behavioral settings based on whether ATT tracking is authorized.
If you deny ATT:
• Ads may still be shown, but they are more likely to be limited or non-personalized, where supported.
• Analytics and crash reporting may continue in a form that does not rely on the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.
You can change tracking permission in iOS:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
6) In-app purchases
The App may offer a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple handles payment and purchase records under Apple’s privacy policy. The App stores locally whether ads have been removed and may restore entitlements via the App Store.

7) Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.
8) Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or disclose information only as needed to operate the App, including:
• Unity (Unity Ads) — advertising
• Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) — analytics and crash reporting
• Apple — App Store distribution, In-App Purchases, and related platform services
These parties process data under their own privacy policies as linked above.
9) Data retention
• Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or reset the game.
• Ad-related data is handled by Unity and partners under their retention policies.
• Analytics and crash data are handled by Google / Firebase under their retention policies.
• Purchase records are retained by Apple as part of App Store systems; the App keeps a local entitlement flag while the App is installed.
10) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App and by the services we use. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) Your choices
• You can deny or revoke ATT tracking permission in iOS Settings.
• You can delete the App to remove local game data.
• You can use Apple’s purchase restore features for Remove Ads where applicable.
• You may have additional rights under local law (access, deletion, objection, etc.). Contact us to exercise them where applicable.
12) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
