This Privacy Policy describes how Neon Vault collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when You use the Friday Big Win Android application and its controlled web content.

The Service is a social casino game for entertainment only. It uses free virtual currency and virtual rewards that have no real-world value. The Service does not offer or promote real-money gambling and does not provide an opportunity to win money, prizes, or anything else of real-world value. Virtual currency and virtual rewards cannot be purchased, withdrawn, sold, transferred for value, redeemed, or exchanged outside the Service

The Service does not require You to create a user account.

If You contact Us by email, We may receive Your email address, the content of Your message, and any information or attachments You voluntarily provide. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary to resolve Your request.

Usage Data

Usage Data may be collected automatically when You access the Service. Depending on Your Device and the availability of particular identifiers, this information may include:

• Internet Protocol address and network information received by servers handling Your request

• Device type, operating system, Application version, browser or WebView information, language, and user agent

• Google Advertising ID when available and permitted by Your Device settings

• Adjust device identifier and other attribution or device identifiers made available to the integrated attribution SDK

• An application-generated random identifier

• Application package and bundle identifiers

• Installation, referral, campaign, ad group, creative, click label, and attribution parameters

• Application launch, session, and request timestamps

• Requested URLs, routing information, redirects, and cookie identifiers

• Information used for attribution, fraud prevention, security, and abuse prevention

Data Collected Through Android App and SDKs

The Application uses Adjust for mobile attribution, session analytics, and fraud prevention. Adjust may process device identifiers, Application launches, sessions, installation or referral information, campaign attribution data, and related technical information.

The Application may obtain the Google Advertising ID through Google Play services when the identifier is available and its use is permitted by Your Device settings. If the identifier is unavailable or restricted, the Application can continue without it.

Before displaying the controlled web content, the Application sends a technical request to the Service’s routing infrastructure. The request may contain the Application package name, an application-generated identifier, available attribution identifiers, campaign parameters, and Adjust attribution information. The routing servers also receive the Internet Protocol address and technical request information necessary to return a response.

WebView and Website Content

The Application displays controlled web content in an in-app WebView. JavaScript and DOM storage are enabled to provide the game and preserve local gameplay state.

The final web content is hosted using Vercel infrastructure. Hosting systems may receive standard request information such as Your Internet Protocol address, user agent, requested page, and request time.

The current Service does not require an account, process real-money payments, sell virtual currency, provide cash prizes, or offer anything redeemable for real-world value.

Cookies and Local Storage

First-party and third-party cookies may be enabled in the WebView where required for routing, attribution, security, and Service functionality.

The routing and redirect infrastructure may set identifiers named uclick and bcid. These identifiers may remain on the Device for up to 12 months and may be refreshed when the routing service is accessed. They are used for routing, attribution, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

The social casino website stores the virtual coin balance and daily bonus status in local storage on the Device. This information is used only to preserve game progress and has no real-world or monetary value.

Local storage, cookies, saved routing information, and Application preferences normally remain until they expire, are replaced, You clear the Application’s storage or WebView data, or You uninstall the Application, subject to Android backup and restore behavior.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use information for the following purposes:

With Service Providers:

This includes Adjust GmbH for attribution, analytics, and fraud prevention; technical backend and redirect providers used to resolve Service content; and Vercel for website hosting.

With legal authorities:

Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law, a valid legal request, or a court order.

For protection and security:

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or property of the Company, users of the Service, or other persons.

With Your consent:

Information may be disclosed when You provide consent or direct Us to make the disclosure.

We do not authorize Service Providers to use information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to Us, subject to their own legal obligations.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, resolving requests, maintaining security, meeting legal obligations, and handling disputes.

Application preferences and locally stored game information normally remain on the Device until You clear the Application’s data or uninstall the Application. Routing cookies may remain for up to 12 months.

Information processed by Service Providers is retained according to their applicable retention rules and contractual or legal obligations. Exact provider retention periods may vary.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

The Company is based in Germany. Service Providers may process information in Germany, elsewhere in the European Economic Area, or in other countries where they operate.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards must be used for international transfers. By using the Service, You acknowledge that technical processing may occur outside Your country of residence, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

Delete Your Personal Data

The Service does not provide user accounts, so there is no account deletion function.

You can delete locally stored game information, cookies, identifiers, and preferences by clearing the Application’s storage or uninstalling the Application. You can also reset or restrict the Google Advertising ID through Your Android Device settings.

You may contact Us to request access to, correction of, restriction of, objection to, or deletion of Personal Data controlled by the Company. You may also request data portability or withdraw consent where these rights apply.

We may need to verify Your request. Some information may be retained when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Requests concerning information held by a Service Provider may need to be forwarded to that provider.

The Service is not directed to children and is intended only for users who meet the applicable minimum age in their region.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If You are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided Personal Data to Us, please contact Us so that We can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
