Privacy Policy — FonStats

FonStats ("the app", "we", "us") is a sports statistics application developed and published by KyaloGames. This policy explains what information the app does and does not process. By using FonStats you agree to this policy.

Summary

FonStats has no account, login, or registration.
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data.
Everything you create in the app (saved teams/leagues/fixtures, match reports, notes, ratings, and photos) is stored only on your device.
The app shows sports data retrieved from a third-party provider (API-Sports).
The app contains no advertising and no analytics/tracking SDKs.

Information we collect

None that identifies you. FonStats does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, precise or approximate location, or any account credentials.

Data stored on your device

The following is created by you and kept in the app's private storage on your device only. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it using Android's share sheet:

Saved fixtures, teams, leagues and comparisons.
Match/Team/Player/League reports, including titles, notes, tags, ratings, and any photos you capture or import.
App settings.

You can delete this data at any time inside the app, or remove all of it by uninstalling the app.

Camera and photos

If you choose to add a photo to a report, the app either:

opens the camera (only after you tap "Take Photo" and grant the one-time camera permission), or
opens Android's system Photo Picker to let you pick a single image.

FonStats does not request broad storage or media permissions and does not scan or index your gallery. Selected or captured images are copied into the app's private storage and are never uploaded to us or any third party.

Third-party sports data (API-Sports)

To display live scores, fixtures, standings, and statistics, FonStats sends requests to the API-Sports service (API-Football and API-Basketball, api-sports.io / api-football.com). These requests contain only non-personal information such as competition/fixture IDs, dates, time zone, and the developer's API key. As with any internet request, the provider's servers receive standard connection metadata (such as your IP address) to deliver the response. We do not send your name, contacts, location, photos, or report content to this or any other server.

We do not share or sell any user data. The app has no advertising networks and no third-party analytics.

Data security

All network communication uses HTTPS. Your reports, photos, and saved items are kept in app-private storage that other apps cannot read.

Children's privacy

FonStats is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
