Privacy Policy — FonCenter

FonCenter ("the app", "we", "us") is a live football and ice-hockey information app published by KyaloGames. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

We designed FonCenter to work without accounts, sign-in, advertising, tracking or analytics. We do not collect, store on our servers, or sell any personal information.

1. Information we do NOT collect

We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email, or phone number.
We do not collect your location.
We do not use advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.
We do not upload your photos, saved items, or settings to any server we control.

2. Information stored on your device only

The following data is stored locally on your device and never leaves it except as you explicitly choose (e.g. when you tap "Share"):

App settings (default sport, timezone, time format, default leagues/seasons, dashboard layout).
Saved content (favourite leagues, teams, matches, saved comparisons) and recent searches.
Tactical boards you create in Tactical Capture Studio, including any photos you take or import. Photos are read through Android's system Photo Picker or camera and are stored in the app's private storage. They are used only to build your editable tactics board on your device and are not transmitted anywhere. When you use "Share", you choose the recipient app; sharing is under your control.

You can remove this data at any time from within the app (Settings → "Clear cached sports data" / "Reset saved content", or by deleting individual items and boards), or by clearing the app's storage / uninstalling the app.

3. Camera and photos

FonCenter requests camera permission only at the moment you tap "Take Photo" in Tactical Capture Studio, to photograph a hand-drawn formation or whiteboard. To import an existing image the app uses Android's system Photo Picker, which does not require broad storage or gallery permissions and only shares the single image you pick. Images are processed on your device and are not sent to us or to any third party.

4. Third-party sports data (API-Sports / API-Football & API-Hockey)

FonCenter displays live scores, fixtures, standings, teams, players and statistics obtained from API-Sports (API-Football v3 and API-Hockey v1), operated by API-Sports (https://api-sports.io). To show this content, the app makes requests over HTTPS to API-Sports servers.

These requests contain the sports data parameters you are viewing (for example a date, league, team or fixture identifier) and a technical API key belonging to the developer.
Like any internet request, your device's IP address and standard connection metadata are visible to API-Sports as the receiving server. This is inherent to how the internet works and is used only to deliver the requested sports data.
We do not send API-Sports any personal information about you, and we do not receive any personal information about you from them.
API-Sports processes requests under its own terms and privacy practices. Please review API-Sports' policies at https://api-sports.io for details of how they handle request data.

We do not share your information with third parties. The only outbound network communication is the sports-data requests to API-Sports described above, and any content you deliberately share from the app using Android's share sheet.

6. Data security

Sports-data requests use HTTPS (encrypted transport). Your settings, saved items and tactical boards are kept in the app's private storage on your device.

7. Children's privacy

FonCenter does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app contains no account creation, advertising, or gambling/betting features.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and republishing this document.
