Privacy Policy — Fliter

Intouch Apps, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") provides Fliter (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

Information We Handle

Fliter does not require registration and does not ask you to create an account.

The App stores the following information locally on your device to provide its features:

• a technical, app-generated device identifier;

• your saved favourites (presets, highlight covers, and icon packs);

• whether you have completed onboarding; and

• an app-launch counter.

This information is not used to identify you by name or email.

Content Delivery

We use Firebase Firestore to provide the App's catalogue of presets, highlight covers, and icon packs, and Firebase Storage to deliver associated DNG files and images. These services provide App content; the App does not upload your photos or other user-created content to Firebase.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Fliter offers an automatically renewing weekly subscription for premium content. Purchases are processed by Apple. We use Apphud to display subscription offers, determine trial and subscription eligibility, process purchase-related access in the App, and restore purchases. Apphud may process technical and purchase-related information necessary to provide these services, subject to its privacy policy.

Photos Permission

The App requests access to your photo library only when you choose to save downloaded highlight covers or icon images to it. Fliter does not use this permission to upload your photos.

How We Use Information

We use the locally stored information described above to remember your App preferences and saved favourites. We use subscription-related information to provide access to premium content and restore purchases.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following service providers:

• Firebase: https://policies.google.com/privacy

• Apphud: https://apphud.com/privacy

• Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can remove individual favourites from the App at any time. You can remove locally stored App data by deleting the App from your device. Subscription management and purchase history are handled through your Apple ID account.

Children's Privacy

Fliter is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
