Privacy Policy — Dopha AI Effective date: March 6, 2025

Dopha AI is a personal wellness app designed to help you track and understand your dopamine-related habits. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to make the app work:

— Activity logs — names, types (natural/artificial), timestamps, and dopamine coefficients you enter manually. — Custom activities — emoji, name, type, and dopamine level you create yourself. — Usage counts — how many times you tap each activity (stored locally on device). — App preferences — pinned activities, Quick Log settings, and filter choices.

We do NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personally identifiable information.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. We do not operate any servers or cloud infrastructure that receives your data. Your logs never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to export them.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Period.

The only exception is anonymous, aggregated crash reports sent through Apple's built-in crash reporting system — and only if you have opted in via iOS system settings. This data cannot be used to identify you.

4. Analytics & Tracking

Dopha AI does not use any third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude). We do not track your behaviour across other apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA).

5. AI-Powered Insights

All insights and recommendations are generated solely from data stored locally on your device. No activity data is ever sent to external AI services or APIs. All calculations happen on-device.

6. Children

Dopha AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us and we will help remove the data.

7. Your Rights & Control

Since all data lives on your device, you are in full control:

— Delete everything — uninstall the app and all data is permanently removed. — Reset activity history — available in Settings inside the app. — Export your data — use the export feature to get a copy of your logs.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you via an in-app notification.
