Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
The Service does not require You to create an Account. The storefront may display an order-request form with fields for Your name, email address, selected product, and an optional message. In the version reviewed on the Last updated date, the displayed form did not transmit submissions to the Company. If You contact Us directly by email or through a functioning contact method, We may receive Your email address, name, selected product, message content, and any other information You choose to provide.
The Service does not request payment card or bank account details. If a physical-goods order is later discussed outside the storefront, We may receive contact, shipping, delivery, and order information that You voluntarily provide for that purpose.
Usage Data
Usage Data may be processed automatically when You use the Service. Depending on the Application, loaded web content, and Service Providers, this may include:
- Internet Protocol address and network information;
- Device type, manufacturer, model, operating system, language, and application version;
- browser or Android WebView type and version;
- pages, URLs, screens, product pages, and content viewed;
- date and time of requests, interactions, and technical events;
- application package name;
- an app-generated identifier;
- Google Advertising ID, when available and not limited by Device settings;
- Adjust device identifier and attribution information;
- campaign, ad group, creative, click label, install, and routing information;
- push notification subscription identifier, push token, permission status, and subscription state;
- diagnostic, connection, and security information.
Data Collected Through Android App and SDKs
The Application uses the following services and technologies:
- Adjust processes attribution and measurement information, including attribution identifiers, campaign information, ad group, creative, click label, and related Device and Usage Data.
- OneSignal and Firebase Cloud Messaging support push notifications and may process an app-generated identifier, push subscription identifier, push token, notification permission and subscription state, Device information, IP address, and technical data.
- Google Play services may provide the Google Advertising ID when it is available and its use has not been limited in Device settings.
- Company backend and campaign-routing infrastructure receive the application package name, app-generated identifier, available attribution identifiers, campaign parameters, and related technical request data to select and return Service content.
The Application stores an app-generated identifier, available attribution identifiers, and a previously returned Service URL in private Application preferences. These values may remain until they are overwritten, Application data is cleared, or the Application is uninstalled.
WebView and Storefront Content
The Application displays storefront content through Android WebView. JavaScript, DOM storage, first-party cookies, and third-party cookies are technically enabled for loaded web content. Depending on the content loaded, cookies or local web storage may be used for technical operation, preferences, navigation, selected catalog state, security, or Service Provider functionality. Such data may remain on the Device until WebView or Application data is cleared or the Application is uninstalled.
The DJ Winner storefront reviewed on the Last updated date was a static catalog, and no storefront analytics script or storefront-set cookie was found. Hosting providers, campaign-routing infrastructure, and other loaded or linked services may still process IP address, request headers, timestamps, URLs, and other technical data in their server logs.
The Application supports an Android system file chooser and may request camera permission only if loaded web content requests video capture. The reviewed DJ Winner storefront did not contain an upload control. A file, image, or camera input is not provided to loaded content unless You intentionally choose it and the content offers that function.
Orders, Requests, and Payments
The reviewed Service is a catalog for physical goods. It does not provide an Account, shopping cart, checkout, or online payment processing. Product prices and availability are indicative and require separate confirmation.
If You contact Us about a product, We may use the information You provide to answer Your enquiry, confirm availability, discuss a possible physical-goods order, provide support, and manage related communications. If an order is later agreed outside the storefront, contact and delivery information may be processed as necessary to arrange fulfillment and meet legal obligations. The Service does not collect payment card details in the reviewed version.

For business transfers: Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice where required.
For legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, regulation, or a valid request from a public authority.
With Your consent: We may disclose information for another purpose when You have requested or consented to it.
Based on the reviewed Service behavior, the Company does not sell Your Personal Data.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Contact messages and order enquiries received by the Company may be retained while the request is handled and for follow-up, normally no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is required for an agreed order, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, or protection against misuse.
App-generated identifiers, available attribution identifiers, and a previously returned Service URL may remain in private Application preferences until they are overwritten, Application data is cleared, or the Application is uninstalled. Cookies and local web storage may remain until WebView or Application data is cleared or the Application is uninstalled.
Adjust, OneSignal, Google, Vercel, hosting providers, and routing providers may retain information according to their own service settings, legal obligations, and privacy policies. When retention is no longer necessary, We delete or anonymize information where reasonably possible, subject to legal and technical limitations.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information may be processed in Germany and in other countries where the Company or its Service Providers operate. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those in Your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, We take reasonable steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards and handle information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Delete Your Personal Data
You may contact Us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Data controlled by the Company, subject to legal and legitimate retention requirements. We may need to verify Your request before acting on it.
You may also reduce or remove certain locally stored or optional data by clearing Application data, clearing WebView storage, disabling notifications, resetting or limiting the Google Advertising ID in Device settings, or uninstalling the Application. Requests relating to data controlled by a Service Provider may also need to be handled under that provider’s procedures.
Account Deletion
The Service does not provide or require Account registration in the reviewed version. Therefore, there is no Account to delete. If You have contacted Us or provided information through a working contact method, You may request deletion of Personal Data associated with that communication by contacting Us, subject to legal and legitimate retention requirements.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or business transfer, Personal Data may be transferred. Where required, We will provide notice before Personal Data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
Law enforcement
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Personal Data in response to valid requests by public authorities or as otherwise required by law.
Other legal requirements
The Company may disclose Personal Data in the good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or property of the Company, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing, protect the safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
Security of Your Personal Data
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect Personal Data. Reviewed Application endpoints and storefront pages use HTTPS. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security. Third-party services and linked content operate under their own security practices.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16. If You believe a child has provided Personal Data to Us, please contact Us. If We learn that such information was collected without appropriate authorization, We will take reasonable steps to delete it where required by law.
Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to websites or services that are not operated by the Company. If You follow a third-party link, that party’s privacy policy and terms apply. The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party services.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date when changes are made. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective when the updated Privacy Policy is made available through the Service or otherwise published.
