It allows You to browse DJ Winner products, view prices and availability, and contact Us by email to ask questions or request written reservation details. The reviewed Service does not require an Account, provide an online checkout or payment form, or take payment through the Application or storefront.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

The Service does not require You to create an Account by default.

If You contact Us by email, ask about availability, or request written reservation details, We may receive Your name, email address, destination country, message content, selected product details, questions, and any other information You choose to provide. Your email provider may also include account or technical metadata in the message.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information through a catalog inquiry.

Usage Data

Usage Data may be collected automatically when You use the Service and may include:

  • Your Internet Protocol address and network or connection information;
  • Device type, manufacturer, model, Android version, Application version, package name, browser or WebView type, and user-agent information;
  • Dates and times of access, session information, requested pages or resources, routing information, and technical response information;
  • Google Advertising ID when available and not limited by applicable Device settings;
  • Adjust Device ID, Google Play App Set ID when available, and an Application-generated identifier;
  • Install referrer and attribution information, including campaign, ad group, creative, click label, and related measurement data;
  • Application launch, session, interaction, and attribution status information; and
  • Technical and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

Data Collected Through Android App and SDKs

The Application uses Android WebView and integrates Adjust for attribution and measurement. It also includes Google Play Services components for the Advertising ID and App Set ID, and the Google Play Install Referrer library.

The Application may transmit the Application package name, an Application-generated identifier, Google Advertising ID when available, Adjust Device ID, install and attribution information, and related technical data to Adjust, the Company's routing infrastructure, and relevant technical Service Providers. The Application's direct Advertising ID reader does not use the Advertising ID when the Device reports that ad tracking is limited.

The reviewed Application does not include Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, OneSignal, AdMob, or another in-app advertising SDK. It does not request location, contacts, phone, SMS, microphone, broad storage, or photo-library permissions.

The Application includes a WebView file chooser bridge and an optional camera permission bridge. The reviewed DJ Winner storefront does not contain an upload or camera feature. If web content later requests file selection or camera access, Android may show a system chooser or permission prompt, and the selected file or camera content would be made available only after Your action and permission. The current Service does not collect such content by default.

[SMALL T] WebView and Storefront Content

The Application displays web content through Android WebView. The WebView is configured to support cookies, third-party cookies, JavaScript, and DOM storage so web content can function. The reviewed DJ Winner storefront is static and contains no account system, contact form, checkout, payment form, analytics script, advertising tracker, or storefront JavaScript.

The storefront hosting provider and network infrastructure may still process request information such as IP address, user-agent information, requested resources, timestamps, and technical logs when delivering web pages and assets.

Cookies, local storage, or similar technologies may be used by web content or linked third-party services. Information stored locally may remain on Your Device until You clear Application data, clear browser or WebView storage, or uninstall the Application.

Orders, Requests, and Payments

The Service provides an email-only inquiry and written reservation route for physical goods. Clicking an inquiry link opens Your email application; it does not submit a form to the storefront.

An inquiry may include a product name, availability question, destination country, delivery question, and other information You choose to write. We use that information to answer Your request, confirm current availability, provide delivery-cost and dispatch information, and document a reservation if You expressly accept written terms.

The reviewed Service does not collect payment information and does not take payment through the Application or storefront. A catalog inquiry or displayed price does not by itself create an order or reservation.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, We process information:

  • To take steps at Your request before entering into a transaction and to respond to an inquiry or reservation request;
  • To perform obligations arising from written terms You expressly accept;
  • For Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, troubleshooting, and improving the Service, provided those interests are not overridden by Your rights;
  • With Your consent, including when You voluntarily send information or grant an optional Device permission; and
  • To comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where processing is based on consent, You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data and Usage Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain Our Service, including operating the Application, storefront, routing, and technical infrastructure;
  • To display the shop, catalog, product, service, or storefront content inside the Application;
  • To process or respond to order requests, availability questions, written reservation requests, support messages, and privacy inquiries;
  • To contact You by email in response to a message or request You initiated;
  • To perform analytics, attribution, measurement, and routing;
  • To diagnose technical issues, prevent misuse, maintain security, and improve reliability;
  • To manage Your requests and exercise Your privacy rights;
  • For business transfers, subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy;
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests; and
  • For other purposes compatible with the context in which the information was collected, or with Your consent where required.

Sharing of Your Personal Data

We may share Personal Data and Usage Data in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers, including providers that host or deliver the storefront, operate attribution and measurement, provide Google Play device and install-referrer services, support backend routing, supply network infrastructure, or process email communications;
  • With analytics, attribution, hosting, and technical infrastructure providers, including Adjust, Google Play Services, Google Play Install Referrer, and Vercel, according to their roles in the reviewed Service;
  • With email service providers when You choose to send Us an inquiry or privacy request;
  • For business transfers, in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of all or part of the Service;
  • For legal requirements, when disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request; and
  • With Your consent, for another purpose disclosed to You at the time of consent.

We do not sell Your Personal Data based on the reviewed Service behavior.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Email inquiries, written reservation correspondence, support messages, and related product or destination details may be retained while We respond, document an accepted reservation, resolve a dispute, maintain security, or comply with legal, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations.

Identifiers, attribution information, Usage Data, routing records, and technical logs may be retained for limited periods by the Company or relevant Service Providers according to operational, security, fraud-prevention, measurement, and legal requirements.

Application-generated identifiers, a saved final route, and related local preferences may remain in Application storage until they are cleared, replaced, or the Application is uninstalled. WebView or browser data may remain until You clear the relevant storage or uninstall the Application.

When retention is no longer necessary, We delete or anonymize Personal Data where reasonably possible, subject to legal obligations, security needs, dispute resolution, backup retention, and other legitimate requirements.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information may be processed in Ukraine and in other countries where the Company or Service Providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection rules that differ from the rules in Your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, We take reasonable steps intended to ensure that transferred Personal Data receives appropriate protection consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Delete Your Personal Data

You may contact Us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Data associated with Your email inquiry, reservation correspondence, or other direct communication, subject to legal and legitimate retention requirements.

You may reduce or remove some locally stored information by:

  • Clearing the Application's storage in Android settings;
  • Clearing browser or WebView storage;
  • Resetting or limiting the Google Advertising ID through Device settings; and
  • Uninstalling the Application.

These Device actions remove or limit local information but may not delete information already processed by the Company or a Service Provider. Contact Us to request assistance with off-Device Personal Data. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify and locate the relevant records.

Account Deletion

The Service does not require or provide Account creation by default. Therefore, there is no Application Account to delete.

If You have contacted Us or requested written reservation details, You may ask Us by email to delete Personal Data associated with that communication. We may retain limited information where required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction support, or recordkeeping.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, reorganization, or business transfer, Personal Data may be transferred. Where required by law, We will provide notice before Personal Data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Personal Data in response to valid requests by public authorities or as otherwise required by law.

The Company may disclose Personal Data in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation;
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company;
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing connected with the Service;
  • Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public; or
  • Protect against legal liability.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Personal Data is important to Us. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the reviewed Service. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is a general physical-goods catalog and is not designed to solicit Personal Data from children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children without authorization required by applicable law.

If You believe that a child has provided Personal Data to Us, please contact Us. If We learn that Personal Data was collected from a child without required authorization, We will take reasonable steps to delete it where required by law.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by Us. If You follow a third-party link, that third party may process information under its own privacy policy.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage You to review their privacy policies before providing information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When We make changes, We will update the "Last updated" date and make the revised Privacy Policy available through the Service or another public location.

You should review this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes become effective when they are published, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
