Privacy Policy — Cubit

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Cubit respects user privacy and is designed to provide its core application functionality with minimal collection and processing of information. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the application.

Cubit does not require users to create an account, register, sign in, or provide login credentials to access its main features.

The application is not designed to intentionally collect directly identifying personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, payment information, passwords, government-issued identification numbers, or contact list.

Information generated through your use of Cubit, including application settings, preferences, saved configurations, completed activities, progress, statistics, history, and other functional app data, may be stored locally on your device. This information is used to maintain application functionality and make your saved settings and activity available during future sessions.

If Cubit allows users to create, configure, edit, or save content, the associated information may remain locally on the device until it is modified or deleted by the user. Removing the application may also remove locally stored information, depending on the operating system and device configuration.

Cubit does not use locally stored application information to create advertising profiles or track your activity across unrelated applications or websites.

If a distributed version of Cubit includes analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or another third-party service, that service may process limited technical information such as device characteristics, operating-system version, application version, diagnostic information, or similar technical data according to its own privacy practices. Any such processing should also be reflected in the privacy disclosures provided on the application’s official store page.

Cubit may request access to device features only when required for functionality that you choose to use. Where permission is required, the operating system will display an appropriate request before access is granted. Previously granted permissions can be reviewed or revoked through your device settings.

If the application provides an export or sharing function, information is shared only when you initiate the corresponding action and select a destination. Any third-party application or service selected for sharing operates according to its own privacy practices.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies. Information is not intentionally disclosed to third parties for their independent direct-marketing purposes.

Locally stored information may remain on your device while Cubit is installed. Depending on the available functionality, individual records or saved content may be removable within the application. Local application data may also be removed through supported device controls or by uninstalling Cubit.

Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the application. However, no device, electronic storage system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cubit is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If a distributed version is specifically directed toward children, its data practices and store privacy disclosures should be reviewed to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Cubit’s functionality, permissions, or data practices change. The latest version should be made available through the application or its official store listing.

For questions about this Privacy Policy or Cubit, please use the developer contact information provided on the application’s official store page.
