Beefy Finance (“App”, “we”, “us”) is a read-only mobile application for tracking DeFi vault positions and viewing related analytics. The App does not connect wallets for signing, does not execute transactions, and does not take custody of user funds.

1. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the App, the following information may be processed:

Wallet addresses you enter. If you choose to track a portfolio, you may paste an EVM address. Addresses are stored locally on your device for your convenience.
App preferences. Local settings such as saved addresses, watchlists, and cached display data may be stored on your device.
Technical / network requests. When the App loads vault, analytics, treasury, or balance information, it sends standard network requests to retrieve publicly available blockchain and market data.
Diagnostics. If your device or operating system provides crash or performance diagnostics to Apple or our distribution tooling, those services operate under their own policies.

2. How We Use Information

To show vault balances, yields, analytics, and treasury information you request.
To remember addresses and preferences you save in the App.
To operate, secure, and improve the App.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the App to run advertising profiles based on your wallet activity.

3. Storage and Retention

Wallet addresses and preference data you add are stored on your device (local storage). Clearing App data or uninstalling the App removes that locally stored information. Network responses may be temporarily cached on device to improve performance.

We do not sell or rent your information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that help deliver App content (for example content delivery and data endpoints used to fetch public market/on-chain information). Those providers receive only what is needed to fulfill the request.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the App.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

The App may display third-party content or open web content in a browser view. Those third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a read-only consumer app. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Because the App is read-only and does not request private keys or seed phrases, never enter private keys into the App.

8. Your Choices

You can choose not to enter a wallet address and still browse public vault/analytics information.
You can remove saved addresses inside the App.
You can delete the App to remove local data from your device.

9. International Users

The App may be used from different countries. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
