This Privacy Policy explains how Beat Rhytm Game (“we”, “the app”) handles information when you use the game.
By downloading or using Beat Rhytm Game, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Beat Rhytm Game is a tap-timing rhythm game for iPhone and iPad.

2. Information we collect
There is no sign-in and no account.
Stored only on your device
- scores, chains, ladders, and achievements
- selected track, tier, and settings
- custom room photos you take with the camera or pick from your library
The photo you use as a room background never leaves the device.
Music is synthesized on the device. The app does not download audio tracks from a server.
We do not require:
- name
- phone number
- contacts
- location
- an online account
3. How information is used
On-device data is used only to:
- run the game
- save your results and achievements
- remember your room, settings, and last played track
- display the ladder filtered by track
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Camera and photo library
If you choose a custom room, the app may ask for camera or photo-library access.
That access is used only to set a local background. The image is not uploaded.
You can refuse permission and use the four rooms included with the app.
5. Third parties
The core game does not require an account or a game server for play.
If the shipped build includes Apple services (App Store, optional purchases) or other system frameworks, those services are governed by Apple’s policies.
We do not receive or store payment card details.
If a specific build later includes ads or analytics, that will be reflected in an updated policy and in the store’s privacy labels.
6. Storage and security
Scores, settings, and custom photos are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.
Deleting the app may remove this local data unless it is included in an Apple backup.
7. Your choices
You can:
- play without granting camera or photo access
- change or remove a custom room in the app
- delete the app to remove local data from the device
Because there is no account server, we do not keep a remote copy of your scores or photos.
8. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will be available in the app or on the store listing. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
