This Privacy Policy explains how Alchemist Lab: Magic Potion (“we”, “the app”) handles information when you use the game.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Alchemist Lab: Magic Potion is a laboratory and Great Work game for iPhone and iPad.

2. Information we collect

Play data stays on your device.

There is:

no account
no sign-in
no advertising
no analytics SDK

Stored only on your device

Great Work progress, Codex, Vault and Ledger
conjunctions, orders, board sales and essence
Herbarium plates and lens readings
Journal entries
keeper name, motto, portrait and settings

We do not collect:

email
phone number
contacts
location
advertising identifiers

3. How information is used

On-device data is used only to:

run the bench, operations and the Great Work
store reagents, plates and apparatus
keep the journal and standing
remember your keeper card

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Camera and photo library

You may:

point the camera at a surface so the lens can take five readings
import a photo from your library for the same purpose
set a keeper portrait from camera or library

Those images are processed on the device to produce a reagent or a portrait. They are not uploaded.

You can refuse permission and still play with reagents already on the shelf.

5. Purchases

Optional items, if offered, are processed by Apple.

We do not store card numbers.

6. Third parties

The core game does not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

Apple may process App Store installation and purchase data under Apple’s policies.

7. Storage and security

Progress, plates, portraits and settings are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.

Deleting the app may remove this data unless it is included in an Apple backup.

8. Your choices

You can change portrait, motto and settings in the app, or delete the app to remove data from the device.

Because there is no account server, we do not keep a remote copy of your house.

9. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will be available in the app or on the store listing. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
