1. What We Collect

Voltix collects and stores only the minimum data needed to function:

• Guild (server) IDs: to save per-server settings such as the stock alert channel, value channel, and trade calculator channel
• Channel IDs and Role IDs: as configured by server administrators via slash commands
• Message content: read temporarily in designated value/trade channels to process queries; never logged or stored

2. What We Do Not Collect

• Usernames, display names, or user IDs beyond what Discord provides in a command interaction
• Direct messages
• Any personal information

3. How Data Is Used

Stored data (guild settings, channel IDs, role IDs) is used solely to deliver the bot's features to your server. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

4. Data Storage

Settings are stored in a local JSON file on the bot's host server. No third-party database or analytics service is used.

5. Data Retention

Server settings are retained until a server administrator clears them via the bot's commands (e.g. /valuechannel clear) or until Voltix is removed from the server. You may request deletion by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Data

Item values and stock data are fetched from public third-party sources. Voltix is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sources.

7. Children's Privacy

Voltix does not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and it will be removed.
