2. Information Collection and Processing

- Personal Data: The extension does NOT collect, store, transmit, or sell any personally identifiable information, credentials, or private chat communications to the developer or any unauthorized third party.

- Audio Data: Processing occurs strictly upon explicit user interaction (such as clicking the Download, Transcribe, or Share buttons). Audio files are downloaded directly to the user's local device.

- Local Storage: User configuration preferences (selected AI provider, client preferences) are stored strictly locally on the user's device via chrome.storage.local.

3. External Services

If the user enables AI transcription features, audio data is sent directly from the user's browser to the user-selected AI API provider (Groq Inc. or OpenAI LLC) using the user's personal API key, strictly in accordance with the provider's privacy terms.
