1. What We Collect

• Telegram Data: Your User ID and Username (used to identify your account).
• Financial Data: Bank statements (PDFs) you voluntarily upload.
• Sure App Credentials: Your API Key and Base URL.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Processing: PDF statements are processed using an AI model (Gemini) to extract transaction details. The bot has access to read your personal financial data (the bank statement PDF uploaded), by using it, you consent to that.
• Storage: Your API Keys are stored in our database using AES-256 Encryption. They are undecipherable to the database administrator.
• Destination: Extracted transaction data is sent directly to your personal Sure App dashboard.

3. Data Retention

• PDF Files: Deleted immediately after processing. The n8n workflow is configured not to save data on successful executions. We do not keep your bank statements.
• Transactions: Saved only to your personal Sure App instance.
• Logs: Technical logs (User ID, Timestamp, Success/Failure, Username) are retained for maintenance and metrics purposes.

4. Third-Party Sharing

• We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties.
• Data is processed via the Gemini API (Google) for extraction purposes only, subject to their data privacy terms.

5. Your Rights

• You can delete your account and all associated keys from this bot at any time by using the /reset command.
