Aguilas Studios ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Save The Dot mobile application. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you play our game.

2. Gameplay Data & Cloud Sync

Your game scores, high scores, coins, unlocked cosmetics/skins, and audio settings are saved locally on your device storage. If you choose to sign in with your Google account, your gameplay progress is synced securely with Google Play Games services.

3. Data Deletion & User Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Local Data: You can wipe all locally stored high scores and unlocked items anytime by clicking "RESET ALL PROGRESS" inside the game's Settings menu.
• Account Data: You can manage or revoke Google Play Games permissions via your device's Google Account Settings.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Save The Dot does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate action to delete that data.
