Privacy Policy - Owlkatrix Hop

This privacy policy applies to the Owlkatrix Hop app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Dionom dev (collectively, the "Application"). Dionom dev is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not require registration and does not ask you to provide your name, email address or other directly identifying personal information. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data (such as your ephemeral IP address) is transmitted to facilitate network connectivity.

The Application uses a third-party push notification service, as described in the section "Third-party services" below. That service processes technical device data in order to deliver notifications to your device.

Information collected by your device's operating system

Your mobile operating system and app store (for example, Android and Google Play services) may automatically collect information about app activity, such as when the Application is installed, opened, updated or removed, how long it is used, crash and performance diagnostics, and basic device information such as device model, operating system version and language. This collection is carried out by the operating system and the platform provider, not by the Application. It is governed by the privacy policy of the platform provider, and the Service Provider does not control this collection and does not receive personal information from it. You can review and manage the related settings in your device settings and in your platform account settings.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-party services

The Application uses OneSignal to deliver push notifications. In order to provide this functionality, OneSignal processes technical information such as a push notification token and device identifier, device model and manufacturer, operating system version, application version, language, time zone and approximate country derived from the IP address, together with information about whether notifications were delivered, opened or dismissed.

This information is used solely to deliver and measure push notifications. The Service Provider does not use it to identify you personally and does not sell it.

You may stop this processing at any time by turning off notifications for the Application in your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Apart from the push notification service described above, the Service Provider does not share data with third parties. Information collected automatically by your device's operating system and app store, as described above, is handled by the platform provider under its own privacy policy. The Service Provider may also disclose information where required to do so by law.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all processing related to push notifications by disabling notifications for the Application in your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application, which removes it together with the associated push notification token.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting stryshinna@gmail.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact stryshinna@gmail.com so that it can be deleted. If you voluntarily provide personal information through other means and are under 16 years of age, your parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf where permitted by law.

Security

The Service Provider values the security of your information and implements reasonable safeguards to protect the systems and data it holds. Technical data processed for push notifications is transmitted over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Breach Notification

If a breach occurs involving data processed through the Application, the Service Provider will notify affected users and the competent authorities as required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
