This Privacy Policy explains how MMF – Make My Food ("we", "our", or "the App"), developed by Dmytro Perov, collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to maintaining a privacy-first experience.

• Local-First Data: Your ingredient lists, saved recipes, cooking history, and custom preferences are stored locally on your mobile device.

• No Mandatory Registration: You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, phone number, or personal identifiers to use the App.

• No Sale of Data: We never sell, lease, or distribute your personal information to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

2. Data We Process

• Culinary Inputs & AI Synthesis: When you generate recipes, your chosen ingredients, portion settings, and dietary parameters are transmitted over secure HTTPS to AI processing endpoints. This data is processed anonymously to return culinary instructions and macronutrient estimates (CPFC). It is not linked to personal identities nor used for targeted profiling.

• Customer Support: If you contact us via support@makemyfood.app, we retain your email and correspondence solely to assist you.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

MMF offers optional subscriptions (MMF PRO monthly and yearly). All payment transactions and subscriptions are handled securely and directly through Google Play Billing. We never collect, see, or store your credit card details, bank information, or billing address.

4. Third-Party Services

The App interfaces with:

• Google Play Services / Google Play Billing (for app updates and secure in-app payments).

• Secure AI APIs (for on-demand culinary recipe creation).

5. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• You can delete all local recipes, favorites, and history at any time directly in the app: Settings -> "Clear App Data".

• Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data created by MMF.

• To request deletion of any support email correspondence, contact support@makemyfood.app.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Ця Політика конфіденційності пояснює, як додаток MMF – Make My Food («ми», «наш» або «Додаток»), розроблений Дмитром Перовим, обробляє інформацію користувачів.

1. Локальне збереження та безпека

Усі ваші інгредієнти, рецепти, таймери та історія зберігаються виключно на вашому смартфоні. Додаток не вимагає реєстрації чи надання особистих даних.

2. Робота зі штучним інтелектом

Для створення рецептів та розрахунку КБЖВ перелік продуктів надсилається через захищене шифроване з'єднання HTTPS до сервісів AI без жодної передачі особистих ідентифікаторів.

3. Платежі Google Play

Оплата підписки MMF PRO здійснюється через захищену систему Google Play Billing. Ми не збираємо і не маємо доступу до ваших банківських карток.

4. Видалення даних

Ви можете в будь-який час стерти всі дані в розділі Налаштування -> «Видалити дані додатку».
