This Privacy Policy describes how the KH Download Manager Integration Module (the Extension) handles user data. The extension is designed strictly as a bridge between your web browser and the KH Internet Download Manager desktop application running locally on your computer.

1. Single Purpose & Data Processing

The sole purpose of this extension is to detect user-initiated file downloads and media streams, forwarding the download requests to the locally installed desktop application. All processing occurs locally on your device (127.0.0.1:19532).

2. Zero Data Collection

We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data, browsing history, keystrokes, financial information, authentication credentials, or user analytics to any remote third-party servers.

3. Permissions Usage

The permissions requested (downloads, storage, contextMenus, cookies, webRequest) are used exclusively to intercept downloads and pass session cookies locally to the desktop manager so authenticated downloads can complete.
