GPS Field Area Measure & RTK (the "App"), developed by Ayomi, provides high-precision land surveying, field perimeter calculation, polygon area measurement, and CAD/GIS export tools. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect and How It Is Used

• Location Data (Precise and Coarse Location): The App accesses your device GPS coordinates strictly when you perform land surveying, mark boundary pins, calculate TM-3 BPN / UTM coordinates, or record perimeter paths. All surveyed points and polygon coordinates are stored locally on your device in an internal database and are NEVER uploaded to any external proprietary server.

• Bluetooth Permissions: Used solely to connect to external RTK GNSS receivers via standard Bluetooth NMEA-0183 protocol for centimeter-grade surveying.

• Storage & Export Files: Used to export surveying projects to user-selected locations in standard formats (AutoCAD DXF, LandXML, KML, KMZ, GeoJSON, Shapefile, CSV, and PDF reports).

3. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes trusted Google services for its operation:

• Google Maps & Play Services: For satellite map visualization and device location provider.

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Only displayed on the free tier. AdMob may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID) for personalized or non-personalized advertising. When a user subscribes to GPS Pro, all ads are completely disabled.

• Google Play Billing: For processing GPS Pro subscriptions securely. We do not store or process payment card details.

4. Data Security and Deletion

All measurement records, maps, and land data remain exclusively under your control on your local device. You may delete any saved measurement or clear all application data at any time from within the App settings or Android Application Manager.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for professionals and general adult users. It does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
