1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Don't forget - voice reminder handles information. The App is a local reminder, medication, and notes assistant with voice input.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data with third parties. All information stays on your device unless you export it using the backup feature.

Locally stored data may include: reminders, medications, notes, app settings (language, alarm sound, morning briefing), optional SOS phone number, and archived items.

3. Permissions

• Microphone: voice input only; processed on-device (e.g. Google Speech). We do not upload voice to our servers.
• Notifications and exact alarms: reminders, medications, morning briefing.
• Boot completed: reschedule alarms after restart.
• Foreground service and wake lock: play alarm until dismissed (up to 5 minutes).

4. Third-party services

The App may use device services for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and system alarm tones. These are governed by their providers (e.g. Google). We do not operate servers that receive your data.

5. Backup

Backup creates a JSON file on your device that you may share via apps you choose. We do not access that file.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13.

7. Deletion

Delete data in the App, clear app data in Android settings, or uninstall the App.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above will change accordingly.
