After a month and a half, it's finally done!
My apologies again on the lack of audio. This turned into a much longer video than I intended. If audio is something you want, I may add it. But as of now, that's a bit much of an undertaking :,)

At first the faces made it feel very off and uncanny but as the animation played out it was better than expected. Very ambitious with the video length but, a decent use of the models and your abilities. Alright, time for some feedback from the expected and some advice.
Models
+ The texture work done to the skin was pretty decent
+ The dong looks decent enough along with the other prop
+ The wigs on the models are well fitted
- the eye brows and eyes make them seem uncanny making the three of them too similar
+/- the room is passable in most places though the text bubbles bright color is distracting in some camera angles
Animation
+ Varied positions and consistent motions
+ Model interactions are well with only a few instances of clipping
+ Facial expressions are lively with decent lip movement for a silent production
- It takes a while for the action to pick up properly
- The camera has trouble transitioning in some parts being quite a jarring cut
+/- The lighting is used fairly well though the outdoor lighting makes the night more brighter than it should be.
Dialogue
+ It is spoken without audio but the animation helps better pronounce it
+/- The dirty talk while amusing in some places, is a bit poorly timed
example: When Daisy's back door ramming is suddenly stopped, she opts to yell at Rosalina for stopping and she just retorts "go fuck a goomba". Instead of immediate anger she should've expressed some confusion before getting that response. "I was almost done, why did you stop?", "It's Peach's turn, you'll have to wait. But if you need it so bad, go fuck a goomba".
Otherwise I do not take much issue with how things were worded as I imagine you'll improve with time.
Nitpicking [Feel free to disregard or take consideration at your leisure]
It feels slow for 14 minutes but I can tell having watched it and a select handful of parts a second-third time you worked hard at it. I feel like you may have overstretched what you could do for a simple enough premise of the three princesses going at it.
Feels weird not seeing a futanari without the balls.
The hair and boobs move somewhat but not the earrings (outside of Daisy's in the anal scene).
Rosalia's speech bubbles are a bit hard on the eyes when her text is white.
Rosalina did not cream Daisy's ass.
I could say more but I think I should wrap it up and get some sleep.
Advice: Storyboarding
Even if I'm not an artist (yet), having experience in writing I can firmly say having a storyboard will help immensely with pacing and transitioning your scenes. It doesn't have to be too detailed and can be done with just about anything as long as it helps express how you want things to go. Make adjustments for better flow or expressions and explore what you can improve upon. Anything else that you may confront you will master or shift focus away from once you find your strength. So do not worry about writing if it isn't yet your strong suit.
Good on you to also provide all of the recourses used to make the animation. Best of luck going forward. Hope this helps.

This was a great video. If you want some feedback:
+ smooth animations, dialogue / story (especially Daisy getting impatient), camera work.
- the looped scenes go on for a bit too long. Maybe hide the other angles through close ups
and reveal them slowly to keep the same loop more exciting.
- The climax scene was hot, but I would have liked to see their O-faces or the creampie.
- no sound but you already mentioned that.
I'm starting with Sfm myself and my respect for artists like you only grew after understanding just how much work you invest to make free content, so please understand that the negative points are nitpicks and tips rather than a harsh critique.
