So it does what’s it’s supposed. My back feels better and I am definitely getting support. BUT your supposed to keep the same tape on for a few days, so when you shower is gets wet. When it’s wet it smells WEIRD. Very artificially plastic smelling. If you are sensitive to smells at this stage of pregnancy I would be very careful not to get this wet.

Got it to use while I was still working but didn’t really do it, just used it a couple of times and felt good.

Okay so I wore the tape for 2 days and during that time had very little/ no pain. I felt less heavy and I actually cleaned my whole master bath and no back pain! I’m usually super achy and can’t hardly walk after. I took it off after my bath last night and while it was a little painful if you take your time and just work from the edges of the tape in it comes off pretty easy. I also seen a tip some people soak it with baby oil for 15 min before removing. I didn’t find that necessary for me. So all in all great product! Does what it says. I don’t have it on today and missing the support and comfort it provided. Just buy it!!

The only thing I disliked about it was about half way through the day the tape pulling at my skin was uncomfortable but putting this tape on and going to work made me feel indestructible

I liked the idea. I really wanted to like this product. I struggled putting it on, giving it the benefit of the doubt. It’s supposed to stay on for a few days… here comes the doubt. I followed the instructions word for word. So why is it coming off the next day? Since it was coming off anyways, I went and soaked in warm water. I pulled it off, I had to pour rubbing alcohol on it to pull it off and that hurt. But I was still stuck with the adhesive residue like bandages leave. Except since I’m pregnant, my stomach touches my boobs, and my thighs. So now I have the adhesive residue on my thighs and under my boobs. And since I’m 8 months pregnant, I can’t actually see my thighs to rub the adhesive off. So I’m stuck with the adhesive on unless I soak in warm water again lol. I really liked the idea of not wearing a pregnancy belt and wearing this tape to be discreet during my baby shower. So the pregnancy belt won’t ruin my pictures…. But I don’t recommend. 4/10. Simply because I was able to clean the house with the tape on because it did lift a bit up. It was comfortable WHILE I was wearing it, but the aftermath is a no go and not worth it at all. Especially if it doesn’t stay on for a couple of days like it SHOULD. I just couldn’t get with it, maybe because I’m still struggling to scrub off the adhesive.

So, although this seemed to help hold my baby bump up, it did make me break out in a rash under the tape. I was able to keep it on for about 3 to 4 days with no issues. Until the 4th day and it started to itch really bad.

The support was great and truly helped during the day. The biggest downside was removing the tape was painful. Made me question of the removal pain was worth the support and relief from the tape

Hurt to take off and didn’t do much for pain relief, maternity belt was much better
