The Capital Market Development Department of the Ministry of Finance reviewed the application form in accordance with the procedure established by law in the example of Alkes Research LLC, a professional in the securities market in the context of obtaining a license that gives the right to carry out its activities and informs about the completion of licenses, about conducting professional activities as an investment intermediary and investment assets.

It is noteworthy that Alces Research LLC through the portal license.gov.uz it will be informed about the beginning of the activity of an investment consultant in the securities market and a confirmation giving the right to carry out the activities of an investment consultant.

As information, currently there are:

50 investment intermediaries available on the securities market

39 as a trustee of investment assets, licenses for the right to carry out professional activities.

At the same time, 54 investors in the securities market carry out professional activities as consultants.
