First my apologies because it feels odd for me to be taking the other side of this argument that I usually do. Next, though, I want to point out that the FL did punch him because he wouldn’t sleep with her. And she actually participated in that kiss fully with no word of rejection on her part, as we see happening in the case of most FLs. I’m just pointing this out because up until that moment when she punched him I believe he had every intention of leaving her alone. However given that he was certainly more lucid than she was and if he knew she was drugged/drunk he did indeed take advantage of her. I’m simply saying that it doesn’t appear as if it was his intention to take advantage of her from the beginning as your words seem to imply.
