A 1-0 win over Huddersfield sees Nottingham Forest return to the top flight of English football for the first time in 23 years.
It also marks the end of another incredible Championship season.
Forest will join Fulham and Bournemouth in the Premier League when the next campaign starts on August 6.

After 23 years without top-flight football, Nottingham Forest have finally returned to the Premier League.
When Steve Cooper took charge of the Reds in September, they were rock bottom of the Championship table.
But following a remarkable turnaround they will now be performing on the biggest stage once again.

"I don't think it was the best of games but the main thing is we got the result and we're promoted.
"The atmosphere around town and the City Ground has been exceptional - what a great way to do it.
"Steve Cooper has just given everyone confidence and freed up the attacking players.
"I can't even begin to imagine what Premier League football will be like."
"If I analyse the game, I cannot see many things that were wrong today.
"We were more aggressive in the second half and we reacted really well to the moments in the game."
"We know how much they have supported us all season and we could not give them what we wanted to today."
When speaking to Sky Sports, Cooper said:
"I'm really pleased for the players and the supporters.
"Everybody connected with the football club deserves this today and we're now really looking forward to a positive future.
"It's relief and pride - this isn't about me but it's changed my life, potentially anyway.
"We've brought Nottingham to Wembley today, we've taken over the place and here we are in the Premier League."

When speaking to Sky Sports, Worrall said:
"I'm just so proud of the players, staff, fans.
"We've been fantastic all season - we were really unlucky to not go up automatically.
"We've played with honesty and we play football the right way."

Scotland A will play Chile in the first match of the national teamโs summer tour and the game will be shown live and exclusive on Premier Sports in the UK & Republic of Ireland.
The game will take place on Saturday 25 June (kick-off 9pm BST) in the Estadio Santa Laura Universidad SEK in the Chilean capital of Santiago.
It will be the first time Chile and Scotland will have played each other and it will be the first match ahead of Scotland's three-Test series in Argentina.
Jamie Lyall is confirmed as lead commentator for Premier Sports, with more talent for the game to be announced shortly.
The last time Scotland A were in action was in 2014 at Scotstoun in a match against England Saxons where Byron McGuigan scored Scotland's only try in a 16-16 draw.
Chile will use the match as preparation for their Rugby World Cup 2023 play-offs against USA after beating Canada last year in an Americas qualifying match.
As well as being shown live on Premier Sports, the game will be repeated in full on free-to-air channel, FreeSports on Monday 27 June.
