A woman is inspiring other moms to keep moving and shaking by sharing a hypnotic video of herself belly dancing when she was nine months pregnant.
Sara Lyn, a belly dancing instructor from Las Vegas, welcomed her daughter Isla Blue in February, but a throwback video of her dancing in her 38th week of pregnancy continues to earn her new fans.
In the clip posted on the 'Fit Moms of Instagram' page on Wednesday, the heavily pregnant belly dancer can be seen slowly rolling her stomach and shaking her hips to the music playing in her dance studio.

The belly dancer's slow and controlled movements are mesmerizing, and the video has been viewed more than 36,000 times.

The video received a similar response when Sara shared it with her nearly 62,000 Instagram followers back in September, before it was picked up by the 'Fit Moms of Instagram.'
'Wow, you move like water. Your movements are effortless and entrancing,' one fan commented.
Someone else shared that Sara's pregnancy dance videos have helped her feel like herself again during her own pregnancy.
'I’m only two and a half months in but the other night I watched one of your videos and decided to give it a try. I had so much fun!!' she expectant mom wrote.
'It felt amazing, and I felt like myself. And I was able to send all of that positive energy to my baby, which was monumental, since I’ve been having a difficult time accepting the pregnancy. Thank you so much for inspiring me.'
Sara has continued belly dancing since giving birth, and she has incorporated her daughter into her routine by practicing with her wrapped across her chest.
'It’s not always easy dancing with the baby but it’s always fun either way! Soaking it all in #7monthspostpartum,' she captioned a clip of herself dancing with her daughter last month.
