My (almost) first time drawing a pregnant centaur. (first was an OOOOOOOOLD oekaki pic that might be only in the depths of my FA account's gallery ) This one was in capturing a character that inspired a story when I thought of drawing centaurs for.. ..I can't even remember the reason any more. A half-centaur girl. Born of a centaur mother and a human (or, human-type demon) father, she possessed the body of an awkward mix of parents with two drastically different internal organ structures. She had the power to switch between human form and centaur form at will, but chose to spend all of her time in "human form" because her mixed heritage embarrassed her -- In "centaur" form, she still looked almost more human than horse, even in the horse parts of her body. Additionally, she possessed fully functional digestive and reproductive organs in both the human place and the horse place, meaning she has two wombs and two digestive tracts. Not much was fleshed out about her design at this phase, but she shaped out QUITE nicely later on ^_^ (In this version, my first attempt at capturing "curvy centaur". "nice ass", but... I think her centaur torso's a bit "short" ...Also... MLP-style horse legs? what? D: )

Nelly was in full sprint as she made her way to the since of the future institute. It was only last week that she got called in for am interview for the job of her dreams! She stood there by her pen, watching her eating, and thinking how her ex-boyfriend use to abuse her and cheated on her. "I will never love again," she whispered to herself, lending on the pen door, and sighing.

don't see very many centaur birth stories wish there were more out there I wouldn't mind reading a story about a centaur version of fluttershy giving birth.

If a centaur got pregnant, would the baby go in the human part or the horse part?

I'd say the horse part. They are often depicted without human reproductive organs, so they probably only have those of a horse. It would be quite unbelievable if the sperm or zygote were to travel all the way to the human part. Also, I think the human part doesn't offer enough space for a baby centaur.
Not to mention an opening for the baby to come out...imagine the labour if you had to squeeze the poor thing all the way through the horse bit.... shudder
Aren't centaurs an "all-male" race in classical mythology anyways?
