In April, she did the same when Amy shared a before and after picture of her transformation on her social media handle. Some fans thought that Amy Slaton had a baby pump and started congratulating her. However, this is not the only time when such things have happened. Several months after this incident, her fans started speculating about her pregnancy one more time.

After a successful surgery of her digestive system, Amy was advised to put a two-year break on her plans of getting pregnant as it could lead to many health complications. However, the couple was eager and decided to take the risk of expecting their first child. Sometime after her surgery, Amy Slaton became pregnant with her first child and welcomed her son Gage to this world in November 2020. 
Amy faced many complications and health risks during her pregnancy, but that didn’t stop her from fulfilling her dream of becoming a mother. At the moment of giving birth to her son, the star was rushed to the hospital because the baby was in a breech position which added more complications to the delivery process. However, the doctors performed an emergency c-section to keep both the mother and child out of danger. 
Earlier in April, fans were speculating about her second pregnancy because of a picture she had shared. Some fans noticed she had a bump and considered it as a sign of her pregnancy. However, the internet star denied rumors of her expecting a baby at this moment. Now, with an Instagram post uploaded on August 11, netizens are adding fuel to a rumor of her expecting a baby. 
In her new Instagram post, Amy is seen wearing matching Nightmare Before Christmas outfits with her son. The star posted this twinning picture with the caption #twins. It was a sweet and emotional picture with her son whereas many fans thought that the caption meant Amy Slaton is pregnant again and this time with twins. Some fans have even started believing that the reality star has a baby bump in the picture she shared. 
This time the 1000-lb star has decided not to pay any heed to such rumors. Amy Slaton has expressed her desire to have more children in the past, but we cannot consider any such posts as an indication of her pregnancy, until and unless she confirms. Even if the star turns pregnant for a second time, it is her choice as to when and how she will make the news public. 
Having a second child or not is ultimately Amy Slaton and her husband Michael’s choice. Even if the star turns out to be pregnant with her second child, we wish her the best of health and congratulate her for such wonderful news. However, nothing gives us the right to assume her pregnancy based on an Instagram post.
