Yes they can be wrong , early scans can be up to 2 weeks out either way . If baby is smaller/bigger than average then the dates they are telling you may be wrong . By my dates I was due 14th Oct but MW's and scans kept saying 20th but as I was charting and knew when I ovulated etc and the 14th was my due date even before I Had my BFP .
