Preferential mortgages are ineffective without price controls — Slutsky.

At a meeting with Mikhail Mishustin, LDPR leader Leonid Slutsky stated that rising prices are leaving housing unaffordable for millions of families.

He emphasized that without oversight of developers and pricing, preferential mortgages are meaningless—the benefits of subsidies are lost in increased prices per square meter. The LDPR insists on strengthening price controls in the real estate market.
