We here by invite all prospective International bidders for the supply of the following Printing Machines through international Competitive Bidding
Procedure:
Four Unit Sheet Feed Printing Machine
Spiral Wire Forming & Binding Machine
High Speed Punching Machine
Double Wire Punching & Binding Machine
International Bidders are required to assign Local agents capable of providing related and renewed trade license, VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate and Suppliers Registration Certificate and tax clearance certificates.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain the bidding document prepared in relation to this bid using the address given below during office hours Monday through Friday; morning 8;00-12.30 AM and after noon 1:30-4:30 PM against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 / Birr four Hundred /
Bidder are required to submit a bid bond (for the single item or all item) amounting to Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Only) or equivalent Foreign Currency for each lot in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
Bids must be delivered at the address below on or before the bid closing date and time. Bids shall be closed and opened on Jun 8,2020 at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders and representatives.
EMPDE reserve the right to accepted or reject any or all bids.
