Try this, unplug the pwr cord from the PC and hold the pwr button in for 30 sec, this drains the pwr supply and the capacitors on the mother board, then hook it up and see if it will power up .
Pushing the power button on the monitor does nothing, not even turn it off . Unplugging and replugging it also does nothing to the blinking light . The screen will not turn on, not even during reboot . The hard drive fan seems to be running and computer seems to be processing during reboot .
