I recently hit the 50+ lb weight loss mark and have been reflecting on some of my old photos. I was 188 lbs at my highest recorded weight, although I suspect I was closer to 195-200 at my actual heaviest given that I dropped a few pounds before I was brave enough to step on the scale. Here is my most recent before and after with a selfie I took today.
I wanted to know if doing a 24 hour fast would help me lean out and burn some fat while still continuing on my path to gaining strength and muscle — (in other words, a 24 hour fast while bulking!). So I decided to try a 24 hour fast and write down my results before and after (plus pictures).
