PosturePause (package identifier: co.quietharbor.posturepause_198f65) is a desk stretch and posture coaching app designed to help office workers and remote professionals build healthier sitting habits through guided desk-break routines. What We Collect

PosturePause does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything you enter into the app — your work schedule preferences, posture check-in responses, stretch session history, posture trend scores, and any custom routines you build — is saved exclusively on your device. None of this information is ever sent to our servers or to any third-party service.

The app declares the INTERNET permission in its Android manifest. At the time this version shipped, that permission is present but is not actively used to transmit user data. If that changes in a future release, this policy will be updated before the new version is published.

How We Use Your Information

Because no personal data leaves your device, there is no server-side processing of your information. The app uses the data you provide only to run its local features: generating your personalised break schedule, displaying your posture score trend over time, tracking your daily stretch streak, and running guided stretch sessions.

Sharing With Third Parties

We do not share any information with any third party. PosturePause ships with no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting service, no advertising network, and no attribution or push-notification platform. Your posture scores, schedule settings, and routine data belong to you and remain on your device.

Children's Privacy

PosturePause is designed for adult office workers and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy in the future. When we make material changes, we will post the revised policy at the URL linked from the app's Google Play Store listing before those changes take effect.
