"If you want to be a leader or a big player, you have to be punctual and respect all the details of the club," he said.

Bissouma also said, "I honestly tried last season, but I wasn't myself. "I didn't have confidence," he said. "This season has changed completely. I have more confidence. The director told me what he wanted. I am doing what I have to do to show that he can have more confidence in me," he added.
