I have slept with both, and no, they do not feel the same. Natural vaginas are much softer, slicker and both more flexible and contract around the penis better.
I'll be vilified for this honest answer,(most likely "until you have slept with every single woman you cannot answer, etc etc etc ad nauseum", but that is also the consensus of friends of mine who have also experienced both. The surgically created ones are much better than they used to be, but it's a matter of limitations of the different tissues involved. This is not a PC answer, so will be declared "incorrect", but it's been my experience.
Obviously not. Vaginas are much more complex than anything that can be reconstructed even by the most skilled surgeon, from inverted penile / scrotum tissue or colon tissue.
Show me a neo-vagina that can dilate enough to birth a baby (at least 10cm) and then recover back to its original diameter and I’ll be well impressed.
The microflora are also very different, neo-vaginas often giving a malodorous discharge.
They can be functional, but never replicate the real thing.
