SHE’S finally got it off her chest.
The 42-year-old fashion designer revealed her cosmetic surgery woes in a letter she penned to her teen self in Vogue magazine.
She writes in the high-end glossy: “I should probably say, don’t mess with your boobs.
“All those years I denied it – stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you’ve got.”
The straight-talking letter was originally featured in the publication’s October 2016 issue in an article titled, ‘What I Wish I’d Known’.
An unabridged version now features in the February edition.
For the past two decades, Posh’s chest has gone from pancake-flat to what she once comically called “torpedo bazookas”, to small and perky.
The mum-of-four was a modest bra cup size A when she first burst into the spotlight with her band the Spice Girls, before ballooning to an eye-stopping DD.
Victoria is believed to have boosted her assets to a 34D in 1999 after the birth of her first son, Brooklyn.
After flashing her assets in a variety of skimpy outfits, the A-lister is said to have had a second breast enhancement in 2006, which took her up to at least a 34DD.
She showcased her ample chest in low-cut crop tops at the height of her WAG superstardom while cheering on husband David at the 2006 World Cup at England's base in Baden Baden.
The following year Victoria caused a stir by turning up to the MTV Movie Awards in a push-up zebra print leather dress and arriving at the Glamour Awards in a black corset.
The former popstar wasn’t afraid to flaunt her breasts in strapless satin tops, bandage dresses and figure-hugging summer dresses.
But in 2009 she ditched the implants for good, telling Vogue magazine: “Torpedo bazookas, gone.”
In 2013 – two years after the birth of daughter Harper - she displayed a pert chest while attending Wimbledon, causing surgeons to speculate if she had had smaller implants fitted.

Parting her well-defined legs as she reclined on a table, the former Spice Girl smouldered at the camera in the first shot from her Vogue Spain campaign .
Wearing nothing but a flesh-coloured body suit, Victoria clutched a bright red midi-dress which she had seemingly removed for the picture.
The fashion designer, who paired her golden tan with bold brown eye make-up, let her tousled brunette locks fall around her as she posed.

Sharing the phot os wi th her 18.4 million Instagram followers, the star said she had “so much fun dancing on set”.
The model added: “This shoot is so different from anything else I’ve ever done.”
Speaking to Vogue Spa in , Vict oria said: “I have grown up in public since I was 19, my days of worrying about what people think have been left behind.”
In another upload, the businesswoman placed a tanned leg on the table in a very risqué fashion.

Covering her modesty in a low-cut red dress, the star flashed her golden pins as the double split garment draped in front of her.
Sporting just a jumper, high-waist briefs and sparkling green stilettos for the third snap, Victoria flaunted her toned physique as she gazed into the distance.
Beside the photo, she wrote: “When all you need is a pair of heels!”
The mother-of-four also treated fans to a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the shoot, where she could be seen dancing before striking a pose.
The businesswoman, who married David Beckham, 42, back in 1999, wore her own designs from her spring/summer 2018 collection for th e photos.
Admirers were quick to compliment the star about the stunning shots, with one writing: “Beautiful and so graceful.”
While another gushed: “Amazing, gorgeous, Victoria Beckham you are such an inspiration.”
