Entertainment screens were old. The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. The food was okay but could be better. And she gave me this nasty attitude and refused to help me. I am extremely shocked and upset , this was so unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. I thought their job is to help us in our flight. She disrespected me , embarrassed me, made me feel like I m a problem and threatened me to get me out of the plane In front of everyone I am 41 years old mature and kind woman, i have never in my life experienced something this unprofessional and this disrespectful ever They both turned something so simple and normal into this terrible experience for me and for the people sitting around me. It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats. Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on. They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss. Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate. Extremely poor. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes not even the ice cream was good. Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler. A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you. I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology. Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France. Food items are ok but not really healthy no protein for the vegetarian option, just a total of 2 gr total so not fulfilling. Also, no airline is educating passengers to behave and have common sense: let the one sitting by the window pass first, leave toilets clean after use, etc. Humanity is just getting rude and more disgusting by the day and without education or enforced common sense no. Actual flight was smooth but we were delayed 70 minutes. Were promised to make it up to us but were given no refreshments. Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover. Very nice. Crew was excellent and our seats had great legroom which we paid extra for so I highly recommend this option when flying internationally. Zero legroom or space in economy. Flight was delayed into Munich causing a missed connecting flight and other missed bookings. Not good. A major problem at the Frankfurt terminal. You see your connecting flight is on concourse A and you see signs for A, but when you start to walk out to A, only then do you find A is in another terminal which requires a bus ride, passport control and customs. If you sit around in the first terminal too long, you can miss your flight. We made ours. Connecting from Germany with not enough time to go thru TSA and security so many times. I made it with 5 min before my zone was called. Too stressful. It was good overall. Entertainment was ok, one of the TV screens had issue. Bit old plane but leg space was good. Overhead luggage had good space. The worst part was experience at Heathrow airport, it was total chaos. Comfortable, pleasant staff, quiet, good entertainment, food, drinks. Better than American flight back when we were crammed in and staff sometimes indifferent. I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the fact that I was not given a toiletry bag for an overnight international flight. Paid for business class. It was burning up the entire flight. For a 7 hr flight, after the first few hrs. The crew disappeared. Poor service. One frustration after another. No gate personnel until very close to departure. Boarding procedure was chaos. Plane was dirty from previous transatlantic flight. Entertainment system not operational. Gate change for connecting flight which required another round of security clearance, almost causing a missed flight. The final blow was lost baggage upon arrival. CVG to London was a good flight. Thank god the plane was not full. We arrived in London 10 minutes early. Had it not been for handicap assistance I would have missed my connection. Had it not been for the extra 10 minutes because we landed early I would have missed my flight. Not the airlines fault but I never want to miss a flight because of the blunder in London. Sorry British Air but your home needs better management. After boarding, take off delayed 45 minutes with us just sitting there. I think this a Heathrow problem.
